Suzanne is an architectural designer and preservationist with over twenty years of experience in traditional residential design, historic preservation, and the stewardship of architecturally significant buildings. Her work reflects a deep respect for regional character, craftsmanship, and the thoughtful integration of new interventions within historic contexts.

Throughout her career, Suzanne has been employed by several highly regarded architectural firms in the Philadelphia region, where she contributed to numerous award-winning preservation and residential projects. Her experience spans new construction, sensitive additions, and the restoration of historic resources, guiding projects from initial programming and conceptual design through construction documentation and construction administration.

Suzanne has worked extensively on nationally significant sites, including numerous projects at Valley Forge National Historical Park and Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine. Her preservation experience includes the restoration of the Gatehouse at Laurel Hill Cemetery and participation in the renovation of the Kentucky State Capitol Building. She has also completed numerous projects involving historic resources and distinguished older homes throughout the region, always approaching each project with careful study of materials, proportion, and historic precedent.

Her professional strengths include existing-conditions assessment, historic structures reports, building condition analysis, consultant coordination, construction documentation, and the sensitive repair and restoration of historic fabric. She is attentive to ensuring that new work is compatible, durable, and true to the architectural character of each building.

Suzanne’s work has been published in County Lines Magazine, and her preservation projects have been recognized with local preservation awards. She remains actively engaged in the local preservation community, offering guidance to homeowners and nonprofit organizations dedicated to the stewardship of historic properties.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America and a Master of Architecture, along with a Certificate in Historic Preservation and Regionalism, from the University of New Mexico. She is currently pursuing architectural licensure.

 Suzanne resides in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
